For patients concerned that they may have coronavirus or may have come into contact with someone who has, the NHS 111 online service has created coronavirus pages that tell patients what they should do based on their particular circumstances.  These can be accessed at:

We were inspected by the Care Quality Commission on 16th November 2015.  We were given "Good" and the report is available CQC Report.

Named GP

All patients registered with the Crown Medical Practice have a named GP.  If you do not know your named GP, please ask at Reception.  Your named GP might not be the GP you normally see but you can still book appointments with your preferred usual GP.

All patients aged 75 years and over should have already received a letter informing them who their allocated GP is.  If you have not received this letter please contact the practice.  Anyone becoming 75 will be sent a letter in their birthday month.

Patient access to their GP record

Practices are required by 31st March 2016 to promote and offer the facility for patients to view online, export or print the detailed information from their medical record. I.e. information held in coded form.

We are working with our clinical system supplier to achieve this functionality and it is our intention to have this facility available to patients by 31st March 2016.
